2. Orders & Personalisation

By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details (names, dates, messages) entered are correct. Always Looking Good cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer.

For standard personalised orders, we produce exactly what is entered at checkout. For custom or corporate orders, a proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, though the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Always Looking Good is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return guarantee on non-personalised items in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrectly produced by us.
