What are your delivery times?
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail 48 service or Royal Mail 24 service or next day (UK) delivery. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday inclusive.
Can I get my item the next day guaranteed?
Yes, of course, If you request the overnight recorded service before 3pm within the UK we can deliver the next working day (in the mainland, some remote areas in the UK will take 2 days!).
After 3pm please contact us and we will let you know if there is still time to post that day otherwise it will go the next day guaranteed for delivery following day (overnight post does not include a Saturday delivery). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will arrive on Monday guaranteed.
Can I swap items in the Gift box?
At Always Looking Good we always want to make our customers happy. If there are any items you would like to change in your giftbox please let us know and we will be happy to help you however we can.
Will there be any changes to my box?
While we attempt to match the images with what you will receive there may be times where the brand, scent, flavour etc of the product is swapped however it will always be of equal or greater value.

Do you include invoices in the boxes?
Due to the nature of the items we do not include any invoices or prices in the gift boxes so they can be sent directly to the recipient. We can send invoices in the box or by email if requested
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal and all major debit / credit cards at checkout. No card information is stored by Always Looking Good.
